Lock Fly Reel is built around the Lock spool: the lightest polycarbonate fly reel spool in the world, with an interlocking central ring in the hub. It’s ambidextrous for left or right hand wind, and it also replaces packaging. When you buy a Lock fly line, it arrives pre-loaded with backing on a Lock spool, removing 100% of fly line packaging. Lock Fly Reel is our future-proof standard for Sunray fly reels, and we want it to become the global standard.
