How long will it take to get my rod?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-9 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What happens if I snap a section?

We carry spare sections of all our rods. Simply email us with a picture of the breakage and we will send a replacement out the same day.

Can I try a rod?

Sunray are 100% online which means we can sell you a rod that should cost twice as much in the shops. Unfortunately though it also means we can't offer a try before you buy service.
