Some 5 years or so I purchased a pro line floater 8# it was such a good line for what I needed it for ie distance casting I bought 2 more just in case they went out of stock. The slow inter I bought was a replacement for an expensive high end line that had bits of core popping through after a season of light use. So I bought the Sunray inter. What a line…….my son has been struggling with his casting….using the overhang marker as a guide to when to release the line has been a god send in his pick-up of casting. His reward a lovely tiger at the weekend. Using a 6wt line on a loop sx 5wt pings the line easily after one false cast for him. Thanks again

My Mrs is fairly new to fly fishing and had convinced herself that she needed a big chunky line to get out to the fish, not so. I got her to “just give it a try”and it works a treat and because it’s easier to cast she doesn’t get tiered so easily, she’s now converted to her new line 100% now I get told off for not telling her sooner lol. I can recommend this line for any beginner the improvements are amazing if you are already skilled you will be pleasantly surprised just how better you can be with very little effort.

So impressed with the SSI, just outstanding. Complete 100ft with EASE, never had this with an other "coastal" line. Just two hauls and it's gone.
