Using your own Fly lines on Lock Spools
You can easily load your own backing and fly lines onto Lock spare spools. These spools are designed to be fully compatible with every fly reel Sunray will produce in the future. Please keep them.

Featuring full-frame aluminium construction, carbon disc drag, and an oversized drag system, Lock is the product of 45 years fly fishing experience. Form and function embodied in the finest fly fishing reel ever made.
X-frame construction ensures smooth, consistent spool rotation under pressure, preventing surface contact between frame and spool. Ergonomic spool release knob designed for ease of use, even on the coldest days or for those with larger hands. Bevelled edges enhance comfort, and the lowered reel foot provides improved balance, reducing fatigue and improving casting stability.
