At Sunray Fly Fish, your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you’ve purchased a fly rod or a fly line, we’ve got you covered with generous guarantees and a simple, no-fuss returns process. Plus, we provide a pre-paid returns label to make returns as easy as possible for our customers.

Fly Rod Returns – 1-Year Money Back Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our fly rods, which is why we offer a 1-year money back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your fly rod, you can return it within 1 year of purchase for a full refund – no questions asked.

  • The fly rod must be returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive the fly rod. Depending on your payment method, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Fly Line Returns – 3-Month Money Back Guarantee

All our fly lines come with a 3-month money back guarantee. Whether there’s a manufacturing defect or accidental damage, you can return the fly line within 3 months of purchase for a full refund.

  • The fly line must be returned within 3 months of purchase.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned fly line. Timing may vary based on your payment provider.

How to Return Your Fly Rod or Fly Line

We strive to make the returns process as easy as possible. Follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@sunrayflyfish.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Use the Pre-Paid Label: Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid returns label via email.
  3. Return the Item: Attach the pre-paid label to your parcel and send it to the address below:

With the pre-paid label, return shipping is on us, so you won’t have any extra costs.

Faulty Goods Returns

If you receive a faulty or damaged fly rod or fly line, please contact us immediately at support@sunrayflyfish.com. We will arrange for the return using our pre-paid label, and once the fault is confirmed, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are returned in a clean, dry condition.

International Orders

If you are returning a product from outside the UK and choose not to accept delivery due to customs fees or import duties, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs from your refund. Note that pre-paid return labels are available for UK-based customers only.
