When purchasing from Sunray from outside the UK, it is the customers responsibility to pay their own customs/import charges, including all taxes and duties when goods arrive in their country.

If customers choose not to accept delivery of their order due to import costs, any delivery costs incurred by Sunray will be deducted from the refund of the returned order.
