If a product is faulty you will receive either a replacement like for like product or a full refund.
Not our fault
If we find that the product has either no fault, or that the fault came from improper use, the item will be returned to you after you have paid return shipping. We will send you a simple PayPal invoice for the return shipping cost.
We have been fishing all our lives. We know what is user error and what is not. We are also very fair people. Our default position is to refund and it is rare that a fault has been so clearly assessed as user error that we were unable to refund.
