Every new Sunray rod is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty. This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, modification or customisation of the finished rod.
Yes, with no questions asked. We will gladly exchange or refund any unused lines etc. if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Simply post your items back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements. In the case of a fault, we will refund all shipping costs.
