Proline Hover / Medium Sink #1

My go-to medium sink line. Cast a dream and sinks at a nice speed for a drifting boat. Colour is muted but still visible while not spooking the fish. Bonus is that Sunray line take linepins well to allow for a seamless line to tippet joint.

I bought a 4 and a 5. Sinks fairly slowly. Good slick coating. Head is weighted to the rear, long enough to be adaptable but still easy to use. Thin running line shoots a long way. It's a nice line. This line is really quite stretchy. I would have preferred a little less. My only real gripe would be the improperly done welded loops. They were very lightly tacked together and could be separated with a very slight pull. Overall good but not give stars.

After having fished with the excellent Proline Floater--- I was hugely disappointed by the Hover. I would give Zero stars, but couldn't.

nice bit of kit goes out well and sinks slow fishes well glad i have it in my reel bag .Fished a short 3 feet tippet pulling streamers had a nice trout 4lb on it so it worked for me sunray .
