    Magnetic strips not effective

    Box is well made and suits bigger flies but magnetic strips are weak.

    Quality and value

    I’m got several Sunray fly boxes of various sizes and they are perfect. They are well made, easy to view and the perfect size / layout for a wide variety of fly patterns.

    Good visual box

    Slots are big, I do like to label flies and this made it easy to get 2 rows in and a label. Then the magnetic compartments are great for drying out used flies as well as those that can be fiddly to get in and out of slots. The wind blows no problem, fumbling with your box in the water no problem the magnetic base keeps everything in place. Slim enough to get a few in the waistcoat and no need to take a bag.
